Some un easy in my throat, sore throat, lymph nodes, cold,some times fever, eyes burning, mouth ulcer this happen from last two weeks I am afraid this is a throat cancer may I know the difference between throat infection and throat cancer.

Throat infection and throat cancer are entirely different entity. Throat infections usually starts suddenly whereas throat cancer is a slow growing type. Most of the throat cancers are initially pain less. Lymph nodes are common for both but lymph nodes in infections starts seeing immediately while for cancers it will take much time. Your symptoms seems to he like infection only and don't be panic.
