Hi, My gallbladder was removed in 2014 because of gallstones. I have slip disc problem in l4-l5 and l5-s1 and also thyroid problem but now my tsh is normal it's 3.9. I reduce my 10 kg weight with diet, exercise and walk and Now my weight is 69. Now weight and fat is not decreasing its stop. Can I join gym for weight loss with slip disc problem suggest me how can I reduce my weight.
