Hi I have problem of less erection and unable to sustain sexual act please suggest medicine to have better erection and to sustain the act and also to have quality sperms necessary to have success in having child.

It seems to be a case of erectile dysfunction- which is a disease that should be treated properly. All you need is to consult doctor in person to find out the exact cause of low stamina, so that you can be given treatment. If the cause is not treated, no treatment will help.
