I have cold every day morning. When wet whether comes I attack with full day cold and cough. While sleeping I usually attack with cough when I breathe chill air. It is happening from 1 to 2 yrs. I tried to use many medicines but they gives few days relief. If I consume cold water it attacks automatically. During morning times sneezes also comes. Nose usually blocks due to cold. What to do. For permanent relief.
