I underwent surgery for pilonidal sinus 10 months ago. Now I am fine but there is numbness in the donor side of flap. Basckom flap was the procedure. How long will it take more to get normal?

Nerves don not grow. You make take 6-12 months for the surrounding nerves to partially take over the function of the damaged nerves. Though it does not matter as it does not interfere in your day to day life.
