I am 58 year old man. My present problem is chronic constipation which is not controlled by any of the known technique. The problem existed for the past 10 years but increased recently affecting my career due to lethargy associatrd with the physical discomforts. nothing was detected with ultrasonography and colonoscopy. temporary relief is there while taking antibiotics but back to same condition in few days. I do not have hyper tension or diabetis

Mny people suffer from stomach disorders , some from acidity , some loose stools , and some constipation . these are all part of irritable bowel syndrome . You can use home based remedies for treatment 1.use high fiber diet 2.increase water intake 3.exercise 4.yoga , pranayams 5.use of isbagol , 2tsp in water post dinner still if u r not getting relief , i would like to put you on laxatives antibiotics are totally NOT a solution to your problem
