Hi, when I been in bed changing one side to another, my head spinning a lot for few moments, after that its okay. I want to know the reason,

You are having possitional vertigo sir. Your near middile ear there is one snale shapped bone which is consist of fluid called endolimph. This fluid is less in that area. So that you are loosing balence.In that area several hair like structors called celia is finding difficult to send message to your brain about your possition. That is the reason.
