My weight is not gain, what is constant in past few, years beginning. So plzzz give some idea or guidance to me to increase my weight .

Yes you will definately lose your weight by following simple tips, 1. Drink water 10 glass/per day. 2. Have brisk walk atleast1 hour. 3. Have a sleep maximum 7-8 hours. 4. Dont eat junk food.
