Hi, Congratulations.first of all there should be a balanced diet with one cup lentils, one cup green vegetables, and one cup curd everyday. She can 4-5 frequent small meals instead of 3 large meals. Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food. 2-3 eggs per week is ok, chicken is fine but avoid red meat. No carrying of heavy weights, avoid intercourse.
