I am 23 years old and I'm having trouble during my periods from last 3 months. I'm experiencing unbearable cramps and weight gain. All my teen and early adult life, my periods have been normal. This is something strange that I'm observing. What can be the reason for it?

Abdominal cramps Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also abdominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.
