I am suffering from Pilonidal Sinus since last 3 years. Having homeopathic treatment since beginning. No improvement at all. Looking for a remedy which doesn't involve operation. I will be forever grateful. This is a very irritating issue. Thanks in advance.

Usually surgery is advised for Pilonidal Sinus. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery. However Pilonidal Sinus can be completely treated by Graded Ksharsutra Therapy. In this treatment; Ksharsutra - a medicated thread is placed in sinus tract. Medicine released from Ksharsutra debrides the sinus tract and induces healing. This medicine works for 5-7 days so old Ksharsutra needs to be replaced by a new one at a week or 10 days interval.
