Hai doctor. I am having a left side neck muscle pain since a week and it is getting good now. During the period of my pain, it was like jabbing and throbbing and I felt Very difficult to move my neck. With this pain there was some sort of gas irritation in my stomach and making a pressure to my throat, all the time I has to burf to keep out my throat away from the pressure. Today I am feeling a tightness in the neck left side below the ear and same tightness am feeling with my left throat. Three days back I have seen a swelling of skin on my neck near to adams apple and it is not painful. I applied hot compression and Felt relaxed from the spasm of the neck. I got this spasm while I was traveling when I slept in a wrong poster. Now my complaints are Muscular spasm in the left neck and throat and a swelling in the neck near to adams apple. No voice harness, no cough, no sore throat, no difficulty in eating and drinking, no blood stained spiting. Kindly advice on my situation.
