Hi, My triglyceride level is very high 340 so, Dr. Put me on 10 mg. Triglyceride reducing medicine" Creolip-F, I am completely vegetarian, age 59 yrs. I am regularly doing yoga or gym, taking gujarati food and occasionally having fried food. Suggest me some thing to reduce triglyceride level.

Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods like rice wheat and potatoes. Reduce these items in diet. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts and butter. Repeat triglyceride measurements after 12 weeks.
