I have piles and acute constipation. The Dr has prescribed Cremelex tab, a laxative to take daily. I don't want to be habitual. What should I do Please

It is important that you do not have constipation since you have piles. To get relief from constipation you could try drinking atleast 2 litres of water daily, have plenty of fruits like bananas and papaya, have sufficient green leafy vegetables. Go for regular walks. If these measures do not help, you could have supplements of the natural fibre, isapgol, which can be bought in medical stores.
