My dad's psa level was 22.6 few days back. After 15 days of medication it got reduced to 18.5 den doctor changed the medicine and after 15 more days it was reduced to 17.2. My question is weather the psa reduction is a good sign or we need to consult someone else cause the doctor we are consulting says that it is a good sign that the psa is getting reduced and there is infection and nothing else. So I wanted a second opinion on this matter.
