I am 39 years old, weight-60 KG, Hight-5'9" suffering from premature ejaculation for long time in my married life. Few days back I tried the medicine dapoxetine (60 mg) preparation which does not work as I want. Is there any different medicine available to prolong sex duration or what to do to prolong my intercourse as I desire? I have only smoking bad habit & nothing else.
