Hello, I did my thyroid profile 6 months back and then my TSH level was high, So I visited a physician so he said that take medicine but considering your age (I was 21 back then) it's temporary get your thyroid tested again and after 3 months I did and my TSH level was back to normal, but yesterday again I get my TSH tested again and now it's increased again. What should I do? Should I go for another testing or should I visit a physician?

Go back to the doctor (and always follow up on a regular basis, as advised by the doctor ). Thyroid is hormonal imbalance and requires monitoring (checking the thyroid profile) and take the required medicine. You should also focus on eating healthy food and exercising everyday to keep the metabolism at a good rhythm. You can also learn Yoga and adapt it as holistic way of living. You can also add Homeopathy which is safe and gentle. It helps to boost the immune system and bring back natural healing process. You can contact me for a detailed consultation so that suitable remedy can be given based on your constitution.
