I have high knee pain from 5 days onwards n have joined zumba class from 14 days onwards my weight is 51 kg n age is 21 help me sorting out this reason.

It is because of your Zumba classes. Before doing cardio you need to strengthen your muscles (leg muscles). For this. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. For further details on type of exercise, how to do n what to eat before n after exercise you can consult me.
