Before my last period I had spotting, which was not previous to any sexual activity (but I did do it for the first time 1 week and a half before getting it). It was a little bit later than mid cycle, but I got scarred and tested for pregnancy, it came back negative 3 times. Then I experienced breast pain on my left breast, which is weird because I always get breast tenderness on both my breasts one week before my period. After one week of this I got my regular breast pain on both and then got my period. This month it happened almost the same, except no spotting. I don?t think I have a lump, but I don?t really know how one would feel because my breast always have ?irregularities?. I have been moody for the last couple of months and getting terrible acidic reflux. I don?t know if they are related. Extra info: I have hypoglycemia and low hemoglobin level (just by a little when I last checked with my doctor months ago).

It is normal to have changes in breasts due to hormonal changes during different phases of ovulation cycle. Hypoglycemia can cause irritability and mood swings. I need to see your reports. You can consult me through Lybrate.
