2 spoon Honey with milk in morning. Paneer paratha with curd in breakfast. Banana, Chickoo, Custard apple in mead morning. Routine lunch include Rice Dal curd with sugar, Sweet after lunch. Raw coconut with Juggery in evening or Sugarcane. Pullav or veg Khichadi kadhi in dinner. With the Best of Health
