Sir, I underwent braces treatment 7 years back, slightly got relapsed due to deep bite, used removable retainers for 3 years after treatment which was not effective. Finally doc decided to give permanent retainer .BUT to fix it he grinded all my lower jaw teeth. After that I am not able to adjust with my jaw.In rest position my teeth remains in air (no contact with lower teeth, Sir it has changed my life drastically, saliva while speaking, low confidence, depression,social anxiety, fear to face crowd, please help me out Visited many dentist, they say to join your teeth, check bite and say bite has no problem, But also say to re do the braces treatment which is highly costly. Sir I really cannot afford to re do the treatment .I am a struggling student, This grinding of teeth has turned my life upside down, Please tell me is it possible to fill or make up the grinded teeth so that I regain confidence and concentrate on my life goals, please help me its been 3 years I am suffering before grinding I dint had the problem of confidence or saliva while speaking, there was only esthetic problem of relapse, but now I developed low confidence.
