I frequently get attacked with shortness of breath, cough, wheezing and heavy mucus discharge from nose, I was told that it is asthma, but did not take proper treatment till now. I cough up crystal clear lumps of phlegm in small amounts when I get attacked with this condition. I get a bit of relief when the phlegm is cleared but the shortness of breathing and wheezing stays. I use Montek-lc tablet to get relief, but that puts me to sleep. I am being effected professionally (job) due to this condition and dropping into depression as my performance is degrading and unable to change location due to fear of this condition. I have habit of smoking 5-6 cigarettes a day, Tried to stop smoking but unable to leave it. I take alcohol very rarely. Please suggest me an permanent cure for this condition.
