My side fat are too much loose as compared to any other body part. I have been hitting gym since last 6 months yet I have not seen any result in my side fat. Please do guide me. As my diet is also proper. It is too baggy to look. As my chest is in proper shape yet sides are eay beyond.

For reducing side fat follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Apply oil and gel for massage and and cream for tightening on side flabby part.
