I don't feel any serious health problems but when ever I work a bit or do few sit ups or climb more stairs my legs start to shake uncontrollably like when bending on my knees or holding anything.. And after a while it gets normal, I also noticed that I sweat a lot these days. A little bit of physical activity gives me lot of sweating. My mom has nerves weaknesses problem, is this something I need to be concerned and what precautions do I need to take. Thank you for your help.
