I am 24 male I met a girl 1 month ago (unknown hiv status), I received unprotected oral sex from her but later on I knew that I had a cut on testicles due to itching and she licked it by tongue. I have some questions regarding hiv as below, 1- can hiv spread through oral sex if her saliva comes in contact with my cut? 2- just after 3 days of possible encounter I got diarrhea. Is it possible that hiv symptoms can occur within 3 days? Diarrhea was cured within 3-4 days but later on I suffered from fule like symptom doctor treated it as malaria (malaria is possible because lots of mosquito bite me when I was on call for half an hour) malaria was cured and my cbc test is also normal after fue days. 3- right now I have some symptoms like strep throat, white tongue (which is not cheese coated but slightly white coated, no any ulcer on lips or mouth), some rashes on back which are not in red colour, nausea, some weight loss but no fever or swollen lymph node or diarrhea no abdomen pain or headache, no any blister on penis or penis head no any sores on torso or hand or leg. Is it possible hiv or any other illness?
