Hello sir, Sir mai gym krta hu too banana shake leta hu but uska protein sufficient nhi hai too mai soch rha hu banana ki jgh egg dalu too sir stomach ke liye cheek hai without boil egg starting me 2 egg then after 2 week 4 egg add in shakes then protein is around 40g and banana shake 15 g. So, tell me this shake good. How time I take.

U don?t need to do so much. Just take one scoop (roughly 30 grams) of whey protein. Only on the day you go to gym. Whey protein should contain 80% of whey at least. Not less than that.
