I have masturbation habit (lightly_not excessive) from my 14th year but at the age of 20 years old I felt so much pressure, tension for a period of 4 months in loving a girl at that time I masturbated daily .From that onwards my pennis and testis turned into small.in flaccid state my penis is very small it is only in my thumb size and testis are also small .i used to have balanced diet all the time.
