Generally doctors recommend pantop, rabeprazole, etc in empty stomach in morning and duphalac at night. But I do not want to take any PPI and want to take only duphalac. Can I do so. My problem is that I am suffering from acidity in lower part. Of abdomen followed with severe constipation problem after GB removal and not getting cured. This may be bile reflux. I find relief with Rabi L capsule but when I stop acidity starts with sensation and inflammation in both feet. May be a SOBO disease.
