Hi, I am 24 years old working female and I catch a cold almost every alternative month my doctor says it's just the flu but it's frustrating to live a life like this I have tried to build my immune system by eating fruits and vegetables but I don't think it's working I have a cold right now for 9 days it doesn't seem to be getting better. Extra details I live in a city and commute through roadways with lots of pollution.
