Hi, I am a very heavy weighted So on 19 Aug. I have started stick diet & a huge amount of morning walk & exercise due to that frequent change my body got pain every where. After 15 20 days my only left arm is paining & after 20 more days the body started to become normal As soon as the body started to become normal suddenly the urine become less & then after I would have to press a little for the urine but now sometimes it become normal & some time it is not normal (at night after 7) then I had a urine test 2 days ago it was clear from all aspects Now sir / mam what should I do & what might be the cause for it please advice me as I am very much upset from last 60 days.

Its not a big issue, you start drink plenty of water, its depend upon your water intake and one more causes is there if you perspire much enough in all day so urine output will be less, you have to only observe, also weather play imp role.

Hi sir, urine out put will be less because the waste will come out as a sweat during your exercise. Need not to worry. Take plenty of water and juice to compensate the water loss. your urine output will become normal.
