Hello. I am a man and I am 33 years old. I am writing to you with anxiety. 42 days ago I had sexual intercourse with a prostitute: normally protected and orally (I did it) unprotected. After 30 days, I began to experience various symptoms: itch throughout the body, enlarged nodules, joint pains, mouth ulcers, red spots on the penis, etc. Sancru I did not have but I had for two days something solid on the tongue but after 2 days it disappeared. At 42 days from contact, I tested the Hiv Antigen P24, Vdrl and Tpha Generation A4A and all were negative. Question: 1) Do you think that a4a generation tests are 42-day outcomes for Sifilis and Hiv? 2) If you had an infection of the two, it should have occurred, right? I know I have to retest but I want to know if I can stay quiet. Can I have syphilis or HIV if I have sex with a prostitute? Thank you for answer.
