I've hypothyroid from 34 years. I was advised to take thyronorm of 150 mcg when my tsh was 12. In the recent reports, my tsh is found to be 7.90.My gynic advised me to increase my dose by consulting my family doctor saying, my tsh levels should be within 3 to 4 range as I'm taking drugs related to it. What do you suggest?

It is better to keep your TSH around 2.5.

you didn't mention for how long you have taken the medicine. Continue the same medicine and focus on the others perspective of being healthy like avoid food which should be avoided in hypothyroidism like soya product etc. Do regular walk. Avoid taking stress and do some yoga daily. Take appropriate rest.
