I am 23 years female,I am taking a pcod sachet for two months, September 20th onwards took with letroval tablet for 3rd to 7 the day of my periods then 16th to 25th day of my periods I took susten 100 .last period I got once I finish apcod powder this time I get before I complete my a pcod powder with brown light bleeding and red bleeding spotting in first day ,today my second day I didn't get any bleeding but little abdomen cramps .what could be it?
