I am 21 years old female. About a year ago, I discovered a darkening of the skin around one of my ankles, like a brownish color. And till this day, it's still there. It didn't grow or darken more, but it didn't go away either. I google the symptom and found that it could be a blood clot, I'm super worried. My question is, can a blood clot's symptom stay the same even for a whole year? Or does it worsen fast so mine couldn't possibly be a blood clot?

No, its not a blood clot. Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. U can do the following 1. Tomatoes--Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off well with cool water. 2. Cucumber- VCut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill it for about 30 minutes. Place the slices on the dark circles for about 10 minutes. Wash the area thoroughly with water. 3. Raw Potatoes -- Grate a couple of chilled potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it on darkened skin. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles entirely. Allow the juice to sit for about 15 minutes and rinse area well with cool water U need proper constitutional med to get permanent relief. Hello lybrate-user, Is it hard or soft skin? If it is hard it might be callosity. Which might be due to sitting in the floor- If it is so apply coconut oil & olive oil for better results. If it is soft it may be due to pigmentation.
