Hello Doctor, I was suffered from herniated disc. Now I am feeling well. Can I do the exercises for abs. Please suggest.

You should come to usual activities gradually.
Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
Yes abdominal and back strengthening exercises are recommended but it should be done according to your comfort level .don't push your self too much. For disc back extension exercises recommended.
