Hi, Unfortunately I forgot to take out my contact lenses at night and after 6 hours I took it off now my eyes are bit reddish and its hit uncomfortable to me to open my eyes wide. I'm taking more sleep so that to relax them and its even working I think. How can I relief them in more effective way and after how much time can I again wear contact lenses?
