I am 55 years old female with uncontrollable diabetes. Have palpitations, severe leg pain sometimes, lower back pain, frequent urination and feel depressed at times. I am on insulin and meds, trying yoga, breathing exercises, lot of walking but hasn't helped. Cravings for mildly sweet or something to snack during late nights. My hba1c was 13 but 11 now but has not come down. Where am I going wrong.

Do not worry, but keep doing the right things. Sometimes, it becomes difficult to control the sugar levels and takes longer periods of time. Going for regular follow up with your doctor (as suggested) will be very helpful. You can also start Homeopathy as it is safe and gentle and can be easily taken with other medicines. It helps to stimulate the immune system and natural healing. You contact me for a detailed consultation.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details, from the information I understand the current treatment is inadequate, though no details are given. To control blood glucose there is a need to take adequate medications, take a restricted diet, that gives exact amount of calories based on body's need and regular exercise to burn extra calories and maintain near normal weight. To give any suggestions all the following details: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, height, dietary pattern in detail, extent of exercise, kidney function tests, lipid profile and treatment with dosage. Then I will be able to guide. Thanks.
