I am 25 years old unmarried girl and a teacher. I was having back ache from 3 months. I consulted orthopedic and few tests were done. My hemoglobin and vitamin d3 level was very low. I am having supplements till now. But pain didn't decrease. Few days ago I visited another orthopaedic surgeon. Again tests were done. And everything was normal. But he said that the pain is due to a pressed nerve. I am very, very upset and tensed. He has given medicines, ointments and precautions to take. Please help me. I have heard that the problem in nerves can even lead to paralysis or death. I don't want to die now. Please help me. Is their any exercise or should I seek help from a physiotherapist. Please suggest a good doctor from patna. Thank you so much.
