Hello, include complex carbs in regular diet. Take 5-6 meal in a day. Increase protein intake. Soya products, milk products, pulses ,eggs are good source of protein, include all products in daily routine. You will get 2 kg in a month approx, with in 3 month you achieve target weight in healthy way.
