Cloacal abnormality, not yet cleared, currently m in 33 weeks, would like to know the outcome. In which month cloacal anomaly can be found, also is there any reproductive failure later on after the surgery also. Kindly suggest .As m not stabilize, all negative thoughts are coming. I am factor 5 positive, what if I discontinue aspirin tablet.

First I will advise not to stop aspirin without consulting your doctor. As you are describing, simple multicystic kidney is okay. But if cloacal abnormalities are there, your baby will need surgery afterwards. Everything depends on the severity of the condition. You can undergo fetal MRI to detect exact abnormalities and other associated anomaly. Don't stress. You can always discuss prognosis with gynecologist and pediatric surgeon.
