Hi, I'm 31 years old, male, 78 kgs. From past 5 years I'm having mild high blood pressure problem. Upper value generally stays between 130-142 and lower values stays between 85-92. These are the readings at home. I've taken few medicines like telma H, hydrazide, himalaya Abana for short span of time (3-4 months) in the last 5 years. I'm now taking himalaya Abana daily in the morning and hyrdazide once in a while (10 days) whenever my BP is above 145/95. I've mild anxiety problem. I'm taking measures to control my BP e.g. Less salt intake, walk, 6-7 hrs sleep. Is it normal if my BP stays between 130/85 - 142/92 with Abana only, or should I start any other medicine? Also, any is there any long term side effects of Abana medicine?
