Due to preparation of upcoming engineering exam I have to work hard for full day and due to some external problem my concentration is distracted, I want to increase my study hours but can only think to do or after 6 hour of coaching my body feel fully tired, How many hours should I sleep? Or how can I recover? How many less hour should a person sleep so can I increase my study hours?

A sleep of 8 hrs is important. Also whatever you have studied during whole of your day your sleep will help to save all the data in your brain. U said you have some externel distractions. So my friend we have only 1 or 2 years to decide and to achieve the path ,we see our future into. Distraction could never be bigger than our dream. Try to feed these words into your mind. And when you return from your coaching class. Have a bath .and sit into a dark room with a enlightened candle at a distance from u.concentrate and focus into the flame of the candle for 15 minutes. Then go back to revise the syllabus teacher taught you during coaching for 2 hrs. Have dinner. Walk for 100 steps again revise for 1 hr and go to sleep .get up next day. And follow the same routine, I adviced. Trust me. It would be a new morning for u.and don't worry mushkilein sabki life mein aati hain. Inka saamna karo. Inko haraao aur aage badho. Gud luck for your life dear. I know you will achieve your dreams soon.
