Symptoms of swine flu are:- cough, sore throt, stuffy or running nose, bodyache, headache, chills, fatigue, fever ( but not always), nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, these symptoms are with in 1 to 3 days. It spreads by person to person by inhaling virus in air or surfaces contaminated with this virus and then touching nose or mouth, and infected droplets in air by coughing or sneezing of infected persons. Hand wash before eating foods. hand wash/ sanitise regular in a day. avoid infected area or in croweded area. Do not drink cold water . Do not hand-shake . Use your own hanky . Drink plenty of warm water, juice, warm veg.-soups, get more rest and sleep to help immune system . You can use O.T.C . medicines i.e. acetaminophen or paracetamol , avoid asprin during fever or in flu. welcome
