I am a 16 years old female, I have severe anxiety since I was 13 (no treatment for it) thorough super bad panic attacks my head constantly tries to seize to the right, is this apart of my anxiety/panic attacks? Or is it something else that?s connected to it? They do stop eventually, my panic attacks usually last 20-40 min.
