I am a 40 years old Male. Married for last 11 years having a kid of 10 years.in my younger days I have masturbated a lot once or twice daily. Before mrg I am sexually active with my wife and with my gf for 5 years. That time I had great sex & enjoyed a lot. But after mrg & after our 1st child did not enjoyed at all. Getting frustration. 5 months back I had consulted in practo & they advised me to take nano leo tablet twice daily & duroplus tablet 30 mins before food & had sex 2 hours after that. Do lots of foreplay. I am taking nano leo from then with very little result. Tried duroplus 3 times it worked but I stopped due to fear of side effects. Then I consulted in docs app 2 months back & they advised me to take tentex royal 2 times daily after food along with nano leo. I am following both medications now. I am getting my morning erection. I had done some life style changes also. Doing daily exercises and taking healthy food. I never smoke nor I drink never on my life. I do not have diabetics nor I do have blood pressure nor I am obsessed. I had checked my testthrone & it's 505. Now my problem is that I am getting erection if I do foreplay but getting released early. Please do proper analysis and suggest medicines whr I can get erection early & do intercourse for long time.
