Hi doctor, I have been married since 2 years, live in UK and we were trying to conceive, last Year I have been diagnosed for PCOS but now my periods are normal, recently my husband had his semen analysis and we got to know his sperm count is low 11.2 million/lt, morphology is 3% and motility is 31 and we have been suggested for ivf. Now we have ordered some supplements called fertility smart will that be helpful? Please just wanted to know is there any chances of conceiving naturally?

hi considering your clinical history ,it would be better if you get scrotal Doppler done to rule out varicocele. check for patency of the fallopian tubes.if everything is normal you can undergo IUI at least 2attempts.
