I am 21 years old male. From 3 or 4 years I am having an issue. Previously this was not so much frequent, but now it's getting frequent and intensive. When I stay lonely, without any work and other useful thinking in my mind, Sometimes a different thing happens with me. I feel like I'm a different person, who is not physically and mentally okay. The main problem is that I feel like this body is loosing my soul. I'm forgetting who I am, what is my existence in this world. The soul is getting out and leaving me & it is not gonna return. Without the soul I'll be lost forever. I'll not be able to recognize my parents, family, friends, any known person. Then I get so much nervous, I want to cry, shout but I can't. My throat gets dry, I feel like this is the end, From now onward there will be only my body but no trace of me. I get relief from this situation by walking outside of my house, chatting in mobile, playing video games. But as long as I stay lonely in a room (like in bathroom) it continues to increase exponentially. Often my body and soul seems to be different entities, which are not working with collaboration. What should I do?
