Dear Doctors, I am 25 years old from Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu. I am under weight of just 50 and my height is 174 cms. I tried alot of supplement powders that are available in market. But no results. I am non-vegetarian. Is there a way that i could increase my weight naturally. ? Thanks ! P.S : I dont have any kind of disorders / diseases.

Till 25 body growth. so your body calorie requirement more. please include this in your daily diet. 2 spoon Honey with milk in morning. Paneer paratha with curd in breakfast. Banana, Chickoo, Custard apple in mead morning. Routine lunch include Rice Dal curd with sugar, Sweet after lunch. Raw coconut with Juggery in evening or Sugarcane. Pullav or veg Khichadi kadhi in dinner. With the Best of Health
