Hello all, I had an ACL knee surgery 4 years back. Post that I was doing exercises and it was all fine. But few months. Earlier while playing football my leg strained. I also visited a physiotherapist he suggested to exercise and I will be fine But now I am able to walk n run properly. But sometimes my knee automatically twists and at that moment I am not able to stand even but if I twist a little bit other way (anticlockwise) It is all fine n gud. Could anyone please advise my what might be the problem in my knee. Is doing physical exercise will help? Note: My muscles around my knee are really weak, because I used knee caps a lot earlier, when I was injured. Any technical advise or suggestions would be really appreciable.
