I am taking hridayamrit vati, arjunarishta, arjun khwat fpr last 2 years but still I am facing heart beat problem and chest pain, I am suffering from spondylosis also. previously I was suffering from heart palpitation which has decreased but after taking arjunarishta and hridayamrit feel fonding heat beat. While taking rest I can feel my heart beat. My ecg is ok, chest x ray ok, ecocardiogram show a light enlargement of left atrium of 2 mm.
